0130-day satisfaction guarantee#
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. We believe in earning your business, and if we haven't delivered value in your first month, you shouldn't have to pay for it.
02How to request a refund#
To request a refund:
- Email lucy@diamondpages.ai with the subject line: Refund Request
- Include your name, business name, and the email address used to sign up
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of your original sign-up date
03Processing time#
Once your refund request is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
04Exceptions#
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the original sign-up date
- Website design and development fees once work has commenced — these represent a significant investment of time and cannot be refunded once we have begun building your site
05Subscription cancellations#
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties. Upon cancellation, your access to services will continue through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period outside of the 30-day guarantee window.
