DiamondPages.ai provides the following services:

• Local SEO management — optimizing your Google Business Profile, citations, and local rankings
• Website building — AI-assisted websites optimized for local search
• AI visibility tools — automated reporting, rank tracking, and audit dashboards

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription begins on the date you sign up and renews automatically on the same date each month. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are only available per our Refund Policy. By providing payment information, you authorize DiamondPages.ai to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

We aim to deliver measurable improvements in local search visibility within 45 days of onboarding. However, individual results may vary based on market competition, business category, location, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or outcomes. Our commitment is to apply industry-best practices and consistent effort on your behalf.

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your access to services will continue through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

DiamondPages.ai retains ownership of all proprietary tools, software, and platform content. Clients retain full ownership of their business data, including information about their business, customers, and listings. Content created by DiamondPages.ai on behalf of clients (such as website copy or GMB posts) is licensed to the client for their use upon completion of the engagement.

Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DiamondPages.ai cannot and does not guarantee specific search engine ranking positions, as rankings are determined by third-party platforms (Google, Bing, etc.) beyond our control. In no event shall DiamondPages.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
